How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

It was a rough week, due to being in vacation…up 2.4 but, worth a week of uninterrupted fun with all kids! So, today starts back to low carb and intermittent fast 18/6. Good luck everyone!

Do you have any life hacks for going low carb?

Dea P.

I have been doing the cottage cheese wrap recipe for a bread substitute. And I really try to eat protein and veggies. I stay away from deli meats, due to sodium. Luckily, I am no a huge sweets fan. One of our son's is following the carnivore diet, so we have lots of protein options in the house. I am going to try a carnivore bread recipe, but it calls for a dozen egg whites and with the price of eggs, I am nervous to try ;-) Lots of great keto recipes out there.
