Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • No workout today, but my meals were good. The scale is definitely not moving...like at all. We head to Nashville this weekend, so it won't get any better. Tomorrow, I plan on doing 21 Day Fix and a long walk. We plan on walking a lot since we don't have a rental car, so I am hoping that counteracts any bad decisions.

Nashville is a perfect town to explore on foot! You can walk forever on Broadway and stop in sooooo many cool places. I lived there for 23 years. I hope you have a wonderful time!

Walking does a lot! I often surprise myself when I come back from trips because the full days of walking actually causes the scale to drop.
