For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I would be really tempted to join a game that was diet or workout specific for more specific support that way! Maybe combine with the coach idea! Maybe a Bodyweight exercise routine group... And I have been getting into Intermittent Fasting and would love to join with others really focused on how to make that work. And many times I have tried to make calorie counting work for me, but fail due to willpower - maybe a macro focused group would help with that!

Offering more games with the 4% flex options (ex. Lose in 4-6 weeks). Games focused on exercise, maybe some weekly challenges and I love the idea of a game that would focus on the Intermittent Fasting lifestyle, which I am currently doing. Prizes are always a good incentive and motivator.
