Did not do so hot this weekend. Which made me realize I said this last Monday. I’m trying something new this week to prevent the weekend issues. I don’t know the official term, I think calorie cycling or something of the sort. I took my weekly calorie goals and divided it different so that I can eat more on the weekends. I am hoping this mindset of “yes you can have a treat but still need to show self control” helps. Good luck to you all- happy Monday!!!

Finally ready to go back in the game, I’ve been out for about a year now, lacked motivation. But now I’m back and hopeful to finally make a change. I do have motivation in seeing my ult kpop group in 100 days, and wanna look good, even though they won’t see me

I’m up a little this past weekend but am back on track. Going away this coming weekend for a Women’s Wellness Weekend at YMCA Trout Lodge in Potosi, MO. They serve every meal from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch in cafeteria.
I’m bring some plant based food items and some safe food just incase.
I’m alittle scared with my Alpha Gal Syndrome and going a whole weekend but I will make it. I know they have fruit and veggies available.

Well Friday-Sunday I was over my calorie goal BUT I had mouth surgery the Friday before and was severely under my calorie goal Friday-Thursday which is what I believe caused me to be soooo hungry Friday-Sunday. Overall, I feel good and today I got right back on track! Here’s to not letting a couple “bad” days ruin things. Bad in quotes because let’s be real, overeating is very human and I am not gonna hate myself for it

I end up eating too much as well if I'm way under calories for too long, way to go getting back on track and keeping your self respect healthy too :heart:

I would be really tempted to join a game that was diet or workout specific for more specific support that way! Maybe combine with the coach idea! Maybe a Bodyweight exercise routine group... And I have been getting into Intermittent Fasting and would love to join with others really focused on how to make that work. And many times I have tried to make calorie counting work for me, but fail due to willpower - maybe a macro focused group would help with that!

Offering more games with the 4% flex options (ex. Lose in 4-6 weeks). Games focused on exercise, maybe some weekly challenges and I love the idea of a game that would focus on the Intermittent Fasting lifestyle, which I am currently doing. Prizes are always a good incentive and motivator.

I finished first DietBet on January 28 and now have joined 2 at once. I can do this!!!
Last June I was up 75 pounds today I’m down 31 in 6months. Still have a way to go but I’m confident and feel healthier each day.

I am so ready for this I am so tired of saying I’ll diet tomorrow and never ever starting it’s been going on for over a year and I’ve gained almost 70 pounds doing that so no more

Deb diet bet helps in so many ways.
I’m a person who has to weigh myself almost every day which the scale moves up and down but does continue to move down. I have to keep myself accountable.
I was up 75 pounds last June.
Since then down 31 pounds and still have a ways to go. I went so long without stepping on the scale and was crushed when I saw I gained so much.
So you can do it one day at a time.

I gained 60 lbs so fast and I was so mad at myself but it’s just a small step back and with good choices we can fix it! Nice job taking this step! I am here to root for you along the way
