Up the water and did have some treats and I lost 2 lbs

I tend to prepare a few dishes and snacks so they are ready to “heat and eat” or “grab and go”. This weekend I found some “healthy” treat options that I would like to make to satisfy a “sweet treat” craving if it happens.
