Heya 20 female 85 kg 5 foot 5, eating 1600 calories weighing and measuring everything and the scale isn’t dropping it was for the first few days now it has just stopped has anyone got any advice? Should I just wait out this plateau ?

For me my weight will stay exactly the same for a few days and then randomly drop big. Just keep with it!
