Any advice for getting back on track. The first two days of the diet bet I was so committed but am in Los Angeles and between the inability to go outdoors, the total stress and then having to leave town and come back my eating has suffered. Still can’t exercise outdoors and my regular fitness class has been cancelled. Trying to get it back together but it’s not happening. Any other LA folks experiencing similar issues??

I would sign up for Beach body BODi it has workout and 2bmindset and the workout can be done anywhere. I know being on the go can be tricky when it comes to eating. Focus on water first veggie most and protein if you can try and get canned veggies and the chicken, salmon,or tuna in a pouches to have on hand look for low carb breads and snacks with a good amount of protein in them to have in hand.
