This has been a tough one because of sickness and then our sink in our kitchen has a broken pipe, so doing dishes has been tough. Which makes making food at home difficult. Thankfully, I've been able to find a way to make it work. I hit the game's goal, but I definitely think I could've lost more without the obstacles.

Long term goals are to lose 90 more lbs and continue changing my habits so I can go back to get fitness certifications again.

To hit those goals, I need to be more consistent in my workouts.
