Yes, and it works great for me! There are several options in doing IF. I use a "time restricted eating" window of 4-6 hours when I'm dieting. I drink plenty of water with electrolyte powder during the "non-eating" time. So simply put I restrict my eating to the late afternoon/early evening hours.

I've done it for 5 years now. I will never go back to eating ALL day long again. It's such a freeing way to silence food noise and the long term health beneifts are something I'll never jeopordize. I have tightened up my window and have even done some ADF to lose these last few stubborn pounds for this game.
