Jenn, I LOVE doing DietBets with you! Thanks so much for planning your games several months out! I've been using DietBet to manage my weight since 2014. I lost and gained 15-25 pounds several times, but for the last 4 years I've been able to stay close to my goal weight by doing the 4 week DietBets as soon as necessary. I know the "holiday pounds" are coming, so this January DietBet will get me back to goal before my annual doctor's visit in early February! LOL! Happy Holidays! Beth

Well, I was below goal this morning by 1.6pounds. Today I played pickleball both morning and afternoon and used intermittent fasting except my 4 hour eating window. Fingers crossed for weigh-out tomorrow!! Best wishes everyone!!

Non-scale victory: I had to go down in a jeans size this weekend! Since I finally locked into my weightloss journey at the end of July, I have gone from a size 24 to a size 18. I've also gone from a 2X shirt to XL.

I'm just shy of this challenge's weight loss goal and hopefully I'll hit it in time, but I'm just super excited that my body is changing and I'm getting into more comfortable sizes.

Feeling grumpy today but still got out of bed headed to the gym at 6 am before work. Consistency and showing up for myself . It's not just a diet but a way if living life to be the healthiest. Let's do this!
