  • Finally, I'm having a game where I'm off to a great start versus struggling to catch up at the end of the game! It's so much easier and more enjoyable to do a DietBet with a strong start! That's a great question. So on the water challenge page it explains that part under goal. It says: ?WEEK 1: THE WATER CHALLENGE
Goal:
Drink 64 oz. of water each day for the number of days shown in your game’s
Water Challenge post (usually 2–5 days).

So in other words, it means to refer to how many days the water challenge is supposed to be in the game post. I will post that tonight. But, for this game it will be 2 days.
