How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

VIEW ALL STORIES- Happy new year everyone. This is my second DietBet (signed up for the Dec one but didn’t really participate) and this month I’m focusing on being more consistent with my exercise. Been losing/gaining the same 1-2kg for the last 6 months after losing 30kg (66lbs) in the 12 months before that, and I think it’s because I haven’t been as active. It’s evening time here on the 2nd Jan (Australia) and the first 2 days have been good. Hit the gym yesterday for about an hour and did a 2.2km walk with my mum this afternoon.
