How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hey all. Feeling frustrated. Tried the not tracking and have not lost anything. I am tracking for the rest of the game to make sure I hit my goal and then getting in contact with a nutritionist after the game. I’ve been overweight all my life and I’m wondering if it’s just one of those things that I have to do for my body. Hopefully by next week I’ll be able to give you guys a good update!

I also hate tracking! With a passion. There is a bonus to do it though. I have tracked my calories and macros the last couple of months. Now, I am able to make better choices about portions, as well as grabbing items that I know will help balance out my daily calorie and macro needs. If I miss a day of tracking it is no longer the end of the world. You got this!!

It’s hard not to give up when discouraged, but you’re worth not giving up! Tracking sucks, and I don’t know anyone that loves it. BUT I think it will make a big difference for you, as long as you’re honest with yourself and track EVERYTHING you eat. We’re all guilty at some point of thinking “a little of this won’t hurt me”, but if you do that several times a day, the calories add up. You’ve got this, good luck!
