I have been craving ice cream like crazy. And I’m not usually one to deprive myself of a craving because I do believe it makes it worse. BUT there are some things that cause a binge flair up and that I absolutely cannot eat in moderations; donuts, chips, soda (I cut soda 7 years ago because of this), and ice cream. I did grocery shopping today but I couldn’t find a small or normal size ice cream. And I cannot have leftovers in my house because I’ll eat it every single day. I don’t know, maybe I’ll go grab a DQ cone.

A lot of great suggestions here. If you use protein powder, you an add just enough water to make it more of a pudding consistency, then freeze it & it makes a good treat. Depending on your meal plan, add a couple teaspoons of sugar free peanut butter & it’s even better. My favorite combo is chocolate protein powder & pb fit. I’m not going to lie and say “It tastes just like a Reese’s pb cup”, but it is a nice treat.

Do you like frozen yogurt? That could be an option too. I’ve gone to sweetfrog and had their no sugar added vanilla and it was pretty good
