How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Hi! I have a question about the fitness app on my Apple Watch. I ordered myself a walking pad to help with my activity/steps, and today was my second time to use it. My watch does not calculate my steps on the walking pad (maybe because I’m holding on to something and not swinging my arms). Do y’all have any advice to make that app count the steps or other apps to use to help track using a treadmill? And I forgot to look at the distance I walked before turning it off???????????

I was gonna say go to indoor walk but clearly that’s what you did

I put my Garmin fitness tracker in my sock around my ankle when I get on the treadmill or stationary bike. Smart watches are bigger and heavier though so I'm not quite sure if they'll stay in place if you have loose socks...
