How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I’m at 49 percent of my goal I need to step it up. Grieving after losing 5 people in the last year mom, dad, brother, niece, best friend and mind foggy sometimes I reach for comfort food depression is a beast to overcome. I did not exercise last week and I’m paying the price need encouragement thanks guys on the up side I’m still 4.5 pounds less than when I started and 5 more pounds to hit goal.

Friend, I am so so sorry. I can’t even imagine the year you’ve had. Praying for you and your healing heart.

Grief is hard to overcome. That many losses in a short time span has to be unbearable. Have you looked into therapy? I’m not sure if you open to it but at times (especially when you’re trying to not use food as comfort) it may be worth a shot. you can win this bet!
