  • I live near Syracuse NY and I used to see “500 is plenty” billboards everywhere. Has anyone ever seen those? Couldn’t find the movement online when I googled it. But I’m assuming they mean to stay within 500 calories per three meals a day. That’s at least what I’ve been repeating to myself this week when I measure everything out; I try not to exceed 600.

Yeah cheese is a killer! I used to always buy whole milk this and that. Whole fats to be more satiating. But this week I got skim mozzarella to use just once a day and it saves me!
