Scale wins are important, but I think non-scale victories are just as important! My first one is that my body as adapted so that I'm not hungry anymore in spite of cutting my daily caloric goal way back. Another is that I have had a sack of tortilla chips open on the counter for two weeks and I haven't finished them yet - when I do eat, I eat one portion size, but most of the time I don't eat them. That sack would not have lasted two days before! Look for your NSV's and celebrate each small win, because they add up to a huge win in the long run!

My weekend was not the greatest but not horrible. I drank too much sugar yesterday while out which is not typical for me but I splurged. Resetting and going to kick butt this week.

I was disappointed the weather was so cold and windy, boohoo. I managed to stay on track because I had meal prepped, which I don't do enough. Stayed busy, but mostly in the house.

Writing and measuring everything before I eat and making sure I eat 3 meals. No snacks. 2 of my 3 kids are coming down with something so I’m trying to stick to it and not self indulge for “self care” the best self care Is sticking to my program!

I took today off from running and got a massage! I meal prepped to set myself up for success through the weekend where I have bad tendencies to self-sabotage. Great job all!

Good! I went for a walk on my lunch break and then was very conscious of the food I chose at lunch! A good start for my program!

Went over calorie goal a little bit but still lost a little bit of weight this morning. Still no organized exercise, but I did do more stairs yesterday than normal, trying to get my knees strengthened. I've had both knees replaced - the last one was last June - and I'm still working on getting strength and mobility back. More stairs left me sore last night!

@Keith that’s awesome you are working on mobility after some big surgeries! Stairs are so exhausting but I’m sure your body is grateful to be gaining that strength back

Great job everyone!! I don’t think the exercise is that important honestly. I mostly just do it because it makes me feel good and I don’t want to lose muscle mass. @Determined Pips, I do similar! I find it’s easiest to sleep when I keep my eating window really short.
