Hi. How is everyone doing? I've been doing my weekly weigh-ins but not really been on the app much for keeping up with everyone.
My diet has been up and down the last few weeks. Lots of outings with family and things like that and although I try to stay strong sometimes it's just worth eating the pizza. I need to lose another 1.5lbs to win this bet and I'm going to stay strong and finish strong. Overall I have a lot of weight to lose to get to my ultimate goal weight. It's going to take some time but I'm finally feeling dedicated to my health and doing good things for myself.
My goals for this week are to keep track of my calories and get my exercises done.
