hey everyone, i made it through the first round but now i'm having a really hard time. there's no stopping my binge eating anymore. my husband got a big bag full of candy and nuts and chocolate for his birthday and i really can't keep my hands off it. i really need to pull myself together because i've already gained a kg 😩. And it’s not only the candy. My meals are way to much. I eat huge portions. I need some motivation ?

I just wanted to add this
I can get into very bad binges and it can take a huge amount of work to get me to the other side
I sometimes use this nerdy thought trick:
if I had a number line from
Negative 100 to positive 100, with zero being neutral, and everything I ate yesterday or the past week was -100, how do i just get myself to maybe -20. Meaning it's not perfect but I am consciously making an improvement and I'm not trying to flip the switch to suddenly being "perfect".
That usually helps with interrupting the pattern and makes me more willing to do better without it being All or Nothing
