What are your plans, goals, and non-negotiables for this game?

Plans: Maintain a routine of daily exercise, a walk with my daughter, and tons of water.
Goals: lose the weight without the hate!
Non-negotiables: Avoid sugary drinks, avoid chips/cookies/crackers, avoid negative self-talk.

I've set prizes for myself:
If I win this game, I will apply my winnings to new work shoes.
If I lose, I will reward my efforts by putting $100 in my vacation fund (for a trip I dream of taking but can never afford- taking my oldest daughter to Disneyland for her 18th birthday).
