Welp, it’s pretty humbling the weight fluctuating. I had been about the same weight for most of my adult life… started an unbalanced gain about 38 and have been in a steady, significant incline the since 40…
Turn 45 in March and would like to see a steady decline… even if that means seeing a bit of a fluctuation… just go down to healthy and stable.
