How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Happy weekend!

If you are like me, I tend to loosen up on the weekend. I don't prioritize exercise and will eat a bit more if the occasion arises. I learned about the 2-day rule and started incorporating it when I'm trying to develop a new habit. Because I'll be honest, after a 2-day break from a new habit I might even forget that I wanted to start doing that important thing! :D

What do you do to keep your new habits going? Are you able to take breaks and get right back to your habit?

The Two-Day Rule Key Concept: The "two-day rule" emphasizes avoiding skipping a new habit for two consecutive days. This allows for flexibility while maintaining consistency.

I noticed when I got lazy about logging my food, it was very hard to get back to it. And as long as I’m consistent I don’t have that feeling of “I’m behind and have to catch up.”

So true! It's exercise for me. If I skip a couple of days I find it harder to pick it back up. So even if it's just a walk around the neighborhood, if I feel like I'm exercising then I'm good! :D
