How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

So many of the diets I’ve tried are low carb high fat… they work for a while and then I end up gaining it all back. I’m trying a different approach and counting calories instead in hopes that I don’t completely deprive myself of things.

I’ve never counted calories or looked at serving sizes until last week and 😳😳😳 I’ve been eating probably 5-6000 calories a day and 5x the serving sizes for the last 4 years.

Here’s to new beginnings and goals of a complete lifestyle change

It’s crazy to see how much we can eat in a day and not realize! I also just grab this and that and some of that and before you know it all my little snacks have added up to a meal or more! I’ve been more successful tracking and also focusing on macros. You got this!!

You’ve got this! I think it’s very helpful to track your calories without adjusting your normal intake for the first week just so you have the knowledge of what your diet usually looks like. It’s much easier to adjust when you know for a fact what your baseline is. It can obviously be shocking, but you took the first step! Great job!
