I went on the scale this morning and was very disappointed to see that I was up .2lbs . I am counting my calories and have 1600-1800 calories a day .
Then I realized it should be water weight since I had high sodium food in the past 2 days and I am not use it !!!
Trying not to be disappointed and keep going . I do feel smaller …

Keep it up and you will see the scale drop. Mine fluctuates too but I just hold steady with my nutrition and eventually it starts to move down.

I've been out of the loop. Lost weight quickly then started thinking I could do whatever and gained a little.

I know how to do this so I started tracking my food again and writing things down. That always does the trick for me. If I'm not losing weight it's more likely because I'm eating more than I think I am.
Get a tracker if you are having trouble and watch the weight come off because you are not guessing what you are eating. You absolutely know and knowing you are going to have to track the food means you will make wiser choices.

I think it's great, it doesn't have the same taste. Like you can tell it's different but it's not bad, you have to like game animals. Like you can tell it's not a cow, but it's very lean and I'll eat it all day :joy:

Although it's nothing incredible, I'm excited to say I'm down 5lbs since last week.

So far I've only cut out sodas, high calorie juices, and cut my meal portions by 1/3.

This week I'm aiming to hit the gym 3 times a week for some resistance training and some light cardio(I hate cardio).

What are yall doing to shed the lbs?

  • I made my Asian beef bowl with Konjac shirataki noodles that's 9 calories for the whole bowl of noodles. Ground beef, two eggs sunnyside up, green onions, kim chi, sesame oil, soy sauce, cracked pepper, and five spice to season.
