I went on the scale this morning and was very disappointed to see that I was up .2lbs . I am counting my calories and have 1600-1800 calories a day .
Then I realized it should be water weight since I had high sodium food in the past 2 days and I am not use it !!!
Trying not to be disappointed and keep going . I do feel smaller …
