  • I did it! 32 minutes of cardio. Today was tough. I almost didn't do it. I had to dig deep and force myself to get on the bike.

You are a legend. I didn't do much exercise today- my back was a bit sore after work yesterday and I had a lunch with friends planned a while ago BUT tomorrow I'm going to do at least 60 minutes low impact aerobics and be more mindful about what I eat.
