  • I started on the 8th and I'm down by a lot. I'm sure it has something to do with me choosing low carb and staying away from ultra processed foods, starches, and all sugar.

    I'm 75% into this DietBet's weight loss goal. Hopefully, the rate of weight loss will slow down in the 2nd week.

    The thing is I'm not even hungry or craving anything and I feel pretty energetic.
