A New Winters

If I’m feeling hungry, I’ll make myself this…

Piece of toast
Smashed avo
Celtic sea salt
Diced capsicum (I have heaps!)
Cherry tomatoes
Red onion (diced)
A splash of balsamic vinegar

Delicious and satisfying! The trick is to stop it from becoming a main meal by not having a second one! :joy:

A New Winters

I normally don’t snack much…
But I try to eat meals that will keep me full for longer. I always aim to have a good fat in the mix. Peanut butter, avocado, salmon, nuts etc.

Normally a homemade wrap sees me set for the day, but if I’m peckish in the mid/late afternoon, I have a smoothie.
