Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Half way through and I haven’t followed any kind of meal plan and need to put the focus on that. (Did go to a spinning class today).

What is everyone doing nutrition/meal plan wise?

I have done them all (diets) and learning about health and nutrition is a hobby of mine. Going to go with real food for sure.

Lol I just seen an ad for factor meals like 5 mins ago and looked them up….not avail in my area

I’m just tracking in my fitness pal. I keep my calories between 1600-1700 calories/day. Some days that involves junk, but most days I keep it pretty healthy.
