For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I’m doing well in round two but the part that sets me back is eating out. I’m not eating out a lot but maybe 1-2 x a week. And I usually bounce back (get back to previous weight within a day or two). What works for you with eating out? Do you have strategies you can recommend?

I try to find a menu and have a plan before I get there. If you are calorie counting that helps too!
