I’m doing well in round two but the part that sets me back is eating out. I’m not eating out a lot but maybe 1-2 x a week. And I usually bounce back (get back to previous weight within a day or two). What works for you with eating out? Do you have strategies you can recommend?

Anyone else STRUGGLING in round 2? I actually finished round 1 under my round 2 goal, so I was feeling really good about this round and allowed my self to relax. Big mistake hahaha… as I then gained a little back and now I feel like I’m just kinda stuck 1kg (2,2lbs) above my round 2 goal… I’m doing really well working out, but struggling to stay on point with my diet…

Made it with just .1# to spare, whew! Down 6.8# this round and 29# since the first of the year. Feels good to be headed in the right direction finally. About 30# more to lose and would like to do that by the end of this transformer. Thanks everyone for posting throughout this game, I love reading them. They are motivational and encouraging!
