How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • How have the past few weeks gone for you? Are there any adjustments you need to make in order to stay on track with your long-term goals? Reflecting on your progress now can help you make any necessary changes to keep moving forward.

I’ve tracked my calories every single day and only had 2 or 3 days where I feel I really went off track. I used to be satisfied on a lot less calories. I guess becoming a parent and being overtired and maybe just aging has made me hungrier. But I like to think maybe I’m helping to reset my hunger cues but doing this! It’s going to be close for me for weigh out as I’m hovering right at my goal so I’m drinking lots of water and avoiding salt today!

It is my first time I took part in such a game, and it was not so easy. I counted calories and did intermittent fasting, but I had a nice short vacances in between where it was really hard to keep up - but so far, it looks like I did it. But still I am happy when this is over... and it won't be my last one - still too much weight for my body height.
