Morning!
Hoping we all can stand strong against the weekend temptations. A friend and I were talking about this....I said I could really go for a margarita...she said you just had a margarita a couple weeks ago, you know what they taste like...how long has it been since you tasted what it's like to be at your goal weight?! Tough love at the perfect time!

A margarita is a pretty good diet drink compared to other alcoholic options (about 150 calories) and you can certainly still enjoy one on a diet. You still deserve to enjoy those little things whilst fitting them in around your weight loss plan, otherwise it's just miserable :heartbeat:

Thanks. I have tried the skinny girl line ...not bad...little pleasures do help along the way.. but use caution...a tiny slip could result in a slide. Thanks for the insight. When I can't fight the urge I will definitely modify it to try to make it as unhealthy as possible.
