Definitely won’t make it this month either, was doing well, but got my wisdom teeth out and dealing with swelling and eating too much ice cream because it’s the only thing that doesn’t hurt, so I back slid. ?I’ll can buckle down and hit the next target, or at least the end target! Congrats to everybody who keeps hitting those goals!

My understanding is that there is a 2 week window to weigh in, beginning this coming Saturday, but weighing in later does not extend the finishing date.

  • I am so excited to join this challenge and a little nervous too. I am not able to work out very much. I had foot surgery back in December and I am not coming back from it very well. I hade a lot of hard time walking and just getting through day to day activities. I am determined though to make this a great year. I just turned 46 and I want to prove to my kids that I can come back from any health problems which I have had a lot of for the two to three years

I think you can just do what you are able to. I have my own challenges, having had what appears to be a combination of neuropathy, back, hip, foot pain for nearly a year now, but just recently had some shots, which have helped a good bit.

Try brushing & flossing (or whatever you do to your teeth at night) shortly after dinner. You can still sip unsweetened herbal tea, too...

Maybe trying to have only or include vegetables in your snacks could help. For example, carrots. Even pre-cooked ones if you are ok with that.
