For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

StepBet you have to do what is called power steps two days and then four regular walking day and one day off. Power steps days you walk more. They calculate how many steps you need for both types of days. You hit your steps for the amount of time, usually 6 weeks, get your money back…if people drop out you get a little more. Hope I explained it well enough.
