I was with my friend and was eating out since we spent the whole day together in Toronto. He then ordered Krispy Kreme and I didn’t, but I ended up caving in. I had 4 donuts at the end of the day.

That said, when I got home bought my healthy groceries and right now I’m going to meal prep late at night, chicken for the week.

Though today was my first net surplus, for the month, I haven’t shamed myself and I’m excited to end the night with a more prepared week.

Just wanted to share this to motivate.
