this time I am slowly losing. It goes up and then it goes down. I like to weigh in the mornings only because I do not have my coffee or OJ. Then by the end of the night, wow, 3-4 pounds over. This is the frustrating part of trying to maintain. This is what my goal is, to maintain. Everyone, keep up the good work. It is really a great way to lose weight, maintain and make you feel so much better about yourself!

You'll always weigh more at the end of the day, purely from eating and drinking. I drink so much water a day that if I weigh before bed and when I wake up, my weight can fluctuate as much as 6lbs. Always weigh yourself on the morning and DON'T weigh every day - your weight will naturally go up and down every day, especially if you're like me and have bowel issues and don't have a BM every day. Do NOT give up on yourself!!!!
