Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Oh my Lord. Even with running regularly and cutting out most of my bad food, I actually gained a pound this month. Thankfully I was a tenth of a pound under the goal.

I'm about to go on a 2-week road trip where the majority of the time is going to be spent in the car and eating fast food. I don't know HOW I am going to make next month!!! 😭

I would focus on the reason you joined the game in the first place. Maybe it will help you focus on one more healthier option each day. I also have an unhealthy association with road trips that it’s a free for all with eating but last month I went to a trip and made healthier choices than I ever have because I checked myself before I even left about what I could do it help myself.

I'm having a really hard time figuring out how I'm going to eat well for 12 days stuck in a car with my husband and two children. We drive a fusion and there won't be any room for a cooler. Seems like it's going to be a lot of fruit. Plus, I bet I get to actually exercise to the point of sweating maybe twice on the whole trip. I suppose I might miss my weigh in one month and have to get back on the train the following month.
