Lose weight the fun way.

Just back from vacation, weighed in and I was down. Not as down as I wanted to be but down and hit my db goal. Still about 40 pounds from my personal goal.

Just got back from vacation, struggled more than I thought I would with snacking. I did make my goal of no alcohol and I think that is really helping me the most. I’ve cut out most of my sugary crappy drinks. I treat myself to a coffee with 1 tsp of sugar every morning!

Just had major (expected) surgery yesterday, now comes the first true test. Can I keep the weight down while not being able to be active for most of the month. Thankfully I had worked really hard and I’m down almost 30 pounds from the start, so gave myself a good cushion. But we all know how this goes, how easily that weight can creep back up. But I feel like I’ve got this, and I can do it!!
