For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I don't know if I'm going to make it. It's the same as last month, but we have a grandson birthday part at our house tomorrow and it will be hard not to eat the good food we are having.

My best recommendation is to enjoy the food but only eat if you’re truly hungry and stop when satisfied. It’s not like that food won’t be available again later. It’s more about connecting with everyone than the food.

Besides, everything tastes better when you’re hungry. At least that how it is for me.
