I’m going to do this by 1st getting my mindset back on track. Here are the habits I will do to successfully improve my lifestyle, lose the weight and keep it off.
1. Mindset
2. Groceries and meal prep
3. Healthy balanced meals everyday
4. Brightlineeating
5. Watch brightlineeating videos
6. Yoga, weights, walking
7. Only eat healthy brightlineeating approved food on vacation, eating out and holidays
8. Track my food in journal and my progress
9. Post on DietBet for social support
10. Manage stress by having boundaries, exercise and relaxation

I submitted my round 5 weigh-in for another Transformer I'm in, and that weight puts me under the goal for round 1 in this game. Like you, I need to start getting more consistent exercise and not rely on food only to lose weight.

  • I wanted to stop at McDonalds, Firehouse Subs, Chik-fil-a, and many other places on the way home today. I didn’t. I came home and made myself salmon and veggies. I’m starving, but my weight isn’t going to change unless I do things to change it.
