How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

VIEW ALL STORIESI was walking at the park yesterday and a lady in front of me was clearly embarking on her health journey. Her exercise clothes looked brand new, and her walking shoes looked just out of the box. Her gait was slowish and lumbering. I wanted to yell out, “It’ll be okay! I’ve been where you are! You got this!”. But that felt rude and presumptuous. As I passed, I turned toward her and and saw a look of pained determination on her face. I gave her a smile and a warm, “Good morning”. She looked a little surprised and returned the greeting. I wonder if I’ll see her again, and if the walk will be a little easier for her.
