I am struggling! I’m eating right and the first week gained 2 lbs! I’ve lost the 2 but here we are half way through and I’m back to my weigh in weight 😢. Part of me wants to just give in but I feel so much better. Ugh

Me to , it’s a struggle, 5 years ago it was so much easier for me to lose weight . Now at the premenopausal age I can barely make it !!! The scale doesn’t like moving much! But if I stop I’ll be feeling bad , bloated and heavier then right now . We will keep going
