  • Well I gained .6 pound in a week.
    But I did go camping and partaken in a little too much alcoholic beverages but made them light.
    So back on track I’m down -54.6 pounds since April 2024. I’m getting close to my goal weight only 20.8 more to lose. I’ve got this but summer is always harder.
