  • Well I gained .6 pound in a week.
    But I did go camping and partaken in a little too much alcoholic beverages but made them light.
    So back on track I’m down -54.6 pounds since April 2024. I’m getting close to my goal weight only 20.8 more to lose. I’ve got this but summer is always harder.

Making good progress. I’m using an app for the workouts to mix it up! Has lots of different choices. So far did HIIT, yoga ?‍♀️, weights, and resistance bands! ?:thumbsup:
