Going on a weekend trip with family who loves to cook, bake and eat! Any tips on how to still keep up with my goals while constantly being around high calorie, high sugar food?

Hey! I was just in this situation a couple weeks ago, it can be really tough. For me, I just tried to make sure I was getting plenty of protein and a veg at at least 2 meals. When eating more carby foods I tried to opt for high fiber carbs. For example, while everyone had a quesadilla, I used a “keto” really high fiber tortilla for myself. I did enjoy “treats” too because balance is super important for me. For me that looked like having ice cream with everyone, but maybe a smaller serving that I ate slower. I hope this helps!
