I made it! Was starting to wonder if I was going to make it.. I eat a zucchini bar for my reward. Now my stomach feels sick, but it was so good lol. I signed up for another challenge I'm nervous, I tried 3 months ago and didn't make goal. I've kind of been stuck at this weight.

Rhonda, I have been right there with you. I recommend Glucose Revolution by Jessie Inchauspe or her Instagram account called Glucose Goddess. I have listened to her audio book 4x. It came out in '22, so I wish I had known about it then but I know now and it will be my key to gradual weight loss and to keeping it off.
