- It’s almost the weekend and today I want to remind you to take time for yourself. Yes there is plenty of adulting to do but you can take a few minutes for yourself too.
Today I took 30 minutes to do a recovery walk/run at the lake in my town. It’s gorgeous out so everyone had that idea, but I have no regrets. I popped in my earbuds and started moving. It quiets my brain enough to let me get my other stuff done. And tomorrow I’m bringing my husband out too!
