    It’s my first day off this week, so I’ve got my workout planned, along with all the other errands I haven’t been able to get done this weekend.

  • Good morning and happy Wednesday!

    Please make sure you are hydrating properly! Where I’m at is having a little heat wave so I’m making sure to keep my water bottle full next to me, even while I’m working.

    I switch back and forth between my HydroFlask and Starbucks cups while I’m home and Owala when I’m at the gym. What’s your favorite hydration vessel?

  • We are officially halfway through the game! How are you feeling about your progress? Are there things that need to be changed or are you hitting your goals?

    While I’m making steady progress, the work isn’t done. This week my goal is to focus on hydration and getting back outside for workouts. My typical running path is closed so I’ve been exploring new ones around town.

  • This weekend is looking like it’s going to be busy in our house, so it’s time to plan some quick, easy, healthy meals. This is one of my go-to’s when I need something fast but with a solid amount of protein. I air fry a handful of nugs and chop them up and toss them into the salad kit.

  • What inspires me to be better today is being able to do things I have always wanted to do but couldn't. I finally got under the weight limit to be able to try indoor skydiving. It was a blast!!! Looking forward to more adventures as the weight finds another home...lol.

Biking early morning… it gives me so much energy for the day and mood tends to be chill after. I love that feeling of completion .

I get up at 5am to workout before work. “It’s Tuesday so it’s leg day”. I don’t even consider not doing it because it just is what happens that day :joy:

  • Good morning and welcome to week 2!

    Mondays and Tuesdays are always my busiest days of the week so hitting the gym isn’t always an option. BUT I do use Mondays to plan out my week so can feel my best. We meal plan-because I’m not grocery shopping daily- and we plan out activities for the week. This week is our anniversary, so that adds another layer to the week, in the best way.

    What are your plans for success this week? Do you have known challenges? Are you ready to be amazing??

  • Happy Friday!

    I don’t know about you guys but this week has flown by! My kids started school this week so that always makes for an interesting transition week. Both have been exhausted by the time they get home for the day.

    But it just means that I have to plan things a bit more than usual. Today is groceries and Costco, tomorrow is hitting the gym, and Sunday will be something for the family. The weather has finally mostly broken so we don’t start sweating as soon as we get outside. 😆

    What are your plans for the weekend? How are you staying on track for your plans?
