- Goodness, I’m running behind today! I ended up with a kiddo coming home from school sick, so plans needed to change. I feel bad for her because it’s the last day before winter break here.
Today maybe the epitome of making a plan and having it all go to pieces. ????? So we are changing the plan! I’ll still get my treadmill time in and then it’s time to plan the weekend. Goal is to stay on top of my hydration! Hydration is one of those things that can fall to the wayside if I’m not careful. I always have a water bottle next to me but then I also try to focus on getting water in at mealtimes.
