How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

How is everyone doing so far? I bought a Fitbit and it helps me remember to drink water and has been helping me be less sedentary in my day. I’ve been fairly consistent with my water goal and step goal. I’m just trying to hone in on my meals. Any easy/family friendly meal suggestions?

I’ve been trying to focus more on protein and eating chicken. My kids are picky so don’t have too much of a variety of meals.

Good ideas! I need to get back into meal prepping. I used to do it on Sundays. I’m hoping it will be easier since we are entering cooler weather and that means I’ll use the crockpot more. I think I try to over complicate my meals making it harder for myself. I just need to go back to the simple things
