How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I’m not one to often write posts, when I’ve done diet bets before. However, I lost the last couple, so I need to do something different. My main problem is when I have access to unhealthy food (out to eat, parties, etc), I have trouble resisting. Generally if I stay away from junk and such, I’m good. But when it’s in front of me it’s a different story. So when I’m in a situation where the urge to indulge is overwhelming, I’m going to get on here and post. Something to mark the moment, and the feeling that I need to overeat, but to keep a rational and objective attitude towards the feeling, and then releasing it so I can make the best decision for myself. I just figured I’d put a warning out there, in case I start posting a lot! Best wishes to all.

Good job continuing the journey but tweaking along the way. I haven’t typically posted much either so I get it..going to make an effort to engage more. Good luck to you, you’ve got this! :muscle:?

I struggle with this as well. I need to stay away or I can overeat junk food. I’ve been doing hyper keto and I eat a ton of veggies. The volume gets me full and the calories are low. Good luck to you on this transformer.
