- Got a super light leg day in; just enough to wake them up. I’ll start going heavier and longer as they regain strength.
If you haven’t tried weight lifting - I highly recommend. The more I lift, the less pain I have, the more energy I have (probably because when your stronger it’s not as hard to move around), and obviously the better I look (muscle burns more calories while taking up less space).
What’s everyone else up to today? Workout or rest day?
